Was very disappointed tonight when going thru the drive thru
I went back thru and told the lady at the window she then told the other lady she to my surprise they seemed to not even care to make it right or apologize like she didn't even know what to say or do.
Well honestly being honest about not wanting to make or not having fresh coffee would have been nice Sadly this has ruined my craving for Whataburger coffee permanently

Ordering a #20 with a coffee (3 creamers 6 sugars) @ 11:51pm JADE was the name on my ticket when handed the coffee I could not feel any heat whatsoever I took the lid off to make sure it was even coffee the girl at the window then closed the window and told the Manager something as I put the lid on and drove out of drive thru after taking a sip I realized the coffee had either been sitting there a while.with the heat off or they attempted to reheat a cup.
Always very clean and exceptional, friendly service. A great place for kids.
