This was the worst hotel experience of my life. It was 1:00 AM when we arrived, the people working the desk wouldn't let us in so we had to talk to them through a window while we sat in the freezing December night air. We go to our room that he verbally told us to go to as well as writing the room number down and they assigned us to a room and gave us a working key to a room THAT ALREADY HAD SOMEONE STAYING IN IT!!! The key worked but since that gentleman had locked his door we fortunately didn't barge in on this guy and his family. If the key had worked, we could have been shot for thinking we were breaking in to this guy's room!! We went back to the counter and stood in the freezing air trying to explain what happened and did not receive an apology, compensation, or anything. He gave us another key and after we paid told us our dog couldn't stay (after almost getting us killed he wanted to throw a fit about our dog.) We said we already paid for the room, she is a therapy dog, she stays in all of our hotels with us. We went back and forth and finally they said okay she can stay for ten dollars. I handed my card over and they said no that they wanted CASH. We are still horrified that we could have seriously been injured by giving the wrong room and then treated poorly after. Or if they had given the wrong key to someone who had bad intentions and came in on my family sleeping things could have gone very badly. Extremely displeased with this hotel.

My boyfriend stays their before he leaves on tbe truck for work. He stayed their while he was in school to get his CDL.
Friendly but can be expensive on some days. Call beforehand.
We paid to stay there for 2 nights. After the first night, we asked for a refund for the second nite. There were bed bugs found in the towels when we went to use them. The air conditioner did not work. I left the room to get something from the store. I called the hotel and asked for our room. I was told we could leave a message but the phones didn't work right now. I will never stay in this place again.
