Friendly staff. Great selection of books and movies
Great library, fun for kids. Every Wednesday at 11 they hold a story time for kids. After the story they do crafts very family friendly.
The staff is very polite and helpful but the collection overall needs any and every donation it can get.
You won't have to go hunting through microfilm for obituaries from local papers. They have been printed, indexed and placed in binders by year. Very impressive! They have some information on other Texas counties, and other States, but most of their information is for Kaufman County. If your ancestor lived in Kaufman County, you will almost certainly find records for your documentation.
