You have to have heart to be in the medical field. These nurses don’t have it. You can definitely tell whose in it for the money and who has a passion for what they do. I do not trust this hospital with anybody I love. My experience here at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital is a terrible one. Never have I seen such heartless and neglectful set of individuals. My grandmother’s intestines were all twisted up and she was throwing up blood and couldn’t hardly talk or move. She could have died from it. They didn’t bother to test her or do any x rays or scans or anything they send my grandmother in serious pain back home and said she had constipation and prescribed her an oral laxative bottle. How can you prescribe her any oral medication when she cannot keep it down because she has N&V? Even I know that. This hospital is full of people who seem to have cheated their way through college and do not deserve the name on their degree. This hospital seems to be filled with lazy individuals who just want to get patients out the way so they can get their money. I can go on and on how terrible this hospital is as a whole. They had my grandmother sitting in dirty sheets because they were pumping bile out her stomach and one nurse was in a rush and some of that mess got on her sheets and she was just sitting in it all day until I visited and gotten it taken care of. Mind you my grandmother cannot move and can barely talk. I know there were nurses going in and out but not one of them got new sheets until I said something. My grandmother should have been out the hospital a long time ago you people just want to drag out her insurance so you can have your money. Well bravo
Go here if you just need to spend extra. It's an average hospital, less than average psychiatric staff, average tech, and a huge premium. The job will get done, you'll get treatment, then the bill will leave you wondering why the greedy are the ones offering emergency services. For those of you that care about your money, but genuinely have no other option... Sorry.
I went in 1/16/17 with a migraine that I had for 5 days. It did take 1 and 1/2 hours to get seen. But once I was seen I was treated so good. They were quick to help. My nurse was so sweet and caring. And was very gentle. The Dr. Was amazing! Thank you for all you did to make me feel better!
Worst ER I've ever been to checked in at 8:33am waited for almost 2 hours to be seen then when I got back there waited 3 whole hours to be examined had to get a sonogram the lady who did it was very inconsiderate ask me to stick it in myself because I had to do the vaginal one I felt so uncomfortable the nurse was so rude to me her name was M.Bryanna worst experience ever I felt like I didn't belong walked pass my room for 3 hours before she finally can in took my blood pressure didn't speak I had to get my own cup to take a urine finally seen a doctor and got discharged around 3:42pm all they wanted was my insurance still didn't get a diagnosis these people here are heartless I'd never visit her again I'd take that hour drive to Dallas Parkland next time! Dead serious don't get in the medical field if you not in it with heart! Damn shame not forget it's nasty in that place walls were molded floors were nasty they put me in a room the lady just checked out of and only made the bed with a clean sheet no sanitation no nothing! ☹️
Recently required surgery at Texas Health Presbyterian. Nurses and staff were very supportive and responsive. Doctors were awesome. Care was great. Highly recommend this Hospital group.
