Terrible! I went in and waited an hour and a half for the only stylist, I told her I wanted it cut and what length I wanted my longest layer to be, also I wanted many layers and thinned out. I told her she could wash my hair or didn't have to, it didn't matter to me, but if she washed it then it would have to be blown dry and straightened because my hair is super thick, wavy and frizzy. So she says okay we'll wash it cause it's easier to cut when it's wet. I say okay. She washes it sticks me in the chair trims my existing layers minus the layer that was too long and had to come off because of the length I was getting it cut then takes off the little apron and says okay your done. My hair still dripping wet, I have two layers in my hair not many layers like I had asked for and no thinning shears were used at all. It was a chilly day out and the wind was blowing hard, she sent me out with wet unstyled hair. Maybe the name should be changed to cut n trim cause no styling happend at all. The lady was not very friendly at all. She just needed to get back on her phone....maybe there are better stylist there but Amanda is not one of them.
Went in to make a return and the lady working closed an hour early. Wth!
