She is not a good Dr at all
They got me in fast and made sure my baby girl was taken care of even though we didn't have much. So happy I chose to go here!
The one star goes for the poor communication, knowledge, and behavior of the receptionists and front desk. They think they know everything and don't bother to get their facts straight. Try to speak to a nurse or someone other than the ladies who pick up the phone in their front office connected to the waiting room. If you have the patience and ability, you may be persistent in talking to the receptionists and "convince" them to do their job properly and seek out the information you are needing. This is a clinic after all, and medical questions are nothing to be lax or joke about. In this day and age, don't trust what others say so quickly. Not everyone does their homework and we can all get lazy. Be thorough and persistent, but also be kind, no matter what.
Never know what Dr you'll see next. They don't do thorough exams and they really don't keep up with you're history. It's the place that everyone who has crappy insurance and well sorry to say it so bluntly, but those who who are poor are basically forced to go to because there's nowhere else to go. It's sad, they'll even send you away and not let you see the doctor if you have a three dollar co-pay and you don't have three dollars on you or even if you're fifty cents short. And they're rude!!!! Stay away if you can, if you're like me when I lived in Kaufman than please take this very seriously!!! YOU HAVE TO ADVOCATE for yourself big time, make them help you, write things down any issues, any questions, be prepared every time you go!!! LASTLY, NEVER EVER BE LATE!!!!!
