Being a single woman who admittedly knows very little about her car, Taylor Tires is the very first person I call when I have car trouble. Marcus and Jr. listen carefully and give the best service. They are honest and don't waste my time. If I am the last one to bring my car in, they tell when would be a good time to bring it back if I don't want to wait. They are the best in Kaufman.
I was traveling through and need to get my truck in for a problem. They were very nice and got me in quick even though I could tell they were very busy. Having to find a shop away from home is a scary feeling. Taylor Tire made me feel welcome and handle the repair professionally. I highly recommend if you have the need of car service.
I took my Tundra in for brake service. They took their time and did a great job replacing the pads and fixing the roters. A few days later the truck was shimmying and so I took it back and they adjusted the roters at no charge.
They were very curtious and helpful. They did a great job fixing my truck in a timely manner. I only gave them a four star because I had to bring it back for an adjustment.
